BAAL By Any Other Name?

While I could have presented the material on my own because I have done some research on this particular topic I found these resources that I feel laid it out quite well. So below I am presenting two different resources regarding "Are We Still Worshipping Baal, A pagan god from generations long ago?" Is it disguised in a new name? For example, we have been told about global warming although this theory has not been accurate through data that has not been scientifically sound as it has been presented so the government is now trying to rephrase it.

When the woman who started planned parenthood to abort children specifically targeted towards African Americans could not fully get her agenda out she then later learned to change her agenda to "birth control". The names may be different but the agenda is still the same.

So what activity could be associated with this "Baal spirit"? You may be surprised and are you participating in it? Don't despair though,there is hope and it comes through just rejecting it in your life and allow Jesus to redeem and restore you from it's effects. God Bless

Baal (Teaching from Dutch Sheets)

Through a season of tremendous warfare in November and December, as well as confirmation frommany key leaders, God has exposed the spirit of Baal as one of the strongmen-perhaps the strongman -over America.

Baal is identified as the ruler of the demons.

Baal-hamon, one of Baal's names, means "the lord of wealth or abundance." Chuck Pierce believes, and I agree, that this is the principality warring against the great transfer of wealth to the church.

You must war against this spirit to see your inheritance released. Claim *Jeremiah 51:44 (Bel in this verse is Baal).

Baal-berith, another of his names, means "the lord of the covenant." The Hebrew word baal actually means "husband" or "marriage." This spirit always attempted to cause Israel to "divorce" or break covenant with God and "marry" or align with him. Consistent with this, in so many ways America has broken covenant with God and married Baal. This is, I believe, the strongman behind most covenant-breaking.

Baal is the strongman behind sexual perversion. Homosexuality was and is one of his big strongholds. I believe all of the sexual sin and perversion in America is, to one degree or another, under Baal's orchestration. You will continue to see God expose leaders in the church who aligned themselves with this spirit. Pray for the church to be cleansed and for Baal's hold on America in this area to be broken.

Baal always goes after the next generation, trying to cut off the extension of God's covenantal purposes.

Witchcraft and occult spirits in general operate under Baal. So does Jezebel.

I had just been reading my Bible in my regular devotional time this summer when my attention was consistently drawn to the Old Testament stories about Baal worship. There were stories like Elijah challenging the prophets of Baal during the reign of King Ahab and his wicked wife Jezebel (a woman who was actually named after Baal (her name means “ the Lord [or Baal] exists”). She’s often accused of pulling her Jewish husband’s allegiance away from the Most High God of heaven and earth to devotion to Baal. That’s what I had always thought anyway, until the Holy Spirit began pointing out little details I had somehow missed before. For instance, it was in this story that Elijah began to shout at those Baal worshiping Jews, “How long will you falter between two opinions? If Baal is god then worship him, but if God be God then worship him.”

It wasn’t that they had chosen Baal over God---they were worshiping both Gods side by side. That’s why in Deuteronomy 16:21 it says, “You must never set up an Asherah pole (the female version of Baal) beside the altar of the Lord your God.” I had already noticed in the story of Balaam earlier that he built his three separate altars of stone and killed seven bulls and seven rams all three times in order to practice his divination of calling on demonic spirits to help him put curses on Israel. I kept thinking, “Where is it that we see the sacrificing of bulls and rams on stone altars?” That’s what God commanded His people to do from the days of Abraham! It became clear to me that even Balaam, the Canaanite magician, knew something about worshipping Yahweh and he was mixing his religious practices with his magic! Today we have a word for that—SYNCRETISM. It’s the blending of two opposing religious views together. It’s very alive and well in places like Africa where Christians will go to church on Sunday to get prayer for healing, then go straight to the local witchdoctor to do his magic potions over the same illness.

So I did a study on Baal worship. It now had my attention. I discovered there were four distinct qualities of Baal worship in the Old Testament. The first has long been common knowledge—the sacrificing by fire of the first child to the Baals. The second is also common knowledge—extreme sexual immorality as Baal worship is a fertility cult. It was basically a religious system that worshipped sex right down to performing male and female prostitution in the temples. But the next two areas I had never really noticed before. Baal worship was a worship of the earth, sun, moon, and stars. They held religious holidays around the seasons again based on their crops growing and harvest.

The Canaanites around them believed Baal was the god that controlled the rain and sun, that is why Elijah’s challenge had to do with rain. By declaring that there would be no rain until he said so, he was proving to them that it was the Most High God that was the God of the rain and not Baal.

Finally Baal worship, as demonstrated by Balaam, fully had to do with magic, interaction with evil spirits, incantations, and casting spells.

It all started making sense now. Over the years as I have studied this current religious climate with the younger generation, I had read repeatedly how this is a generation of kids, teens, and young adults think nothing of mixing religious beliefs—a little bit of New Age, with a tad of Wicca, and a dab of eastern religions, thrown in the pot with some basic Christian beliefs. It seems that this generation bases it’s belief systems, not on a book like the Bible, but on what they experience. If they have significant experiences with their religious experimentation, the experience trumps what is written in a book, including the Bible. And unfortunately few of them have ever had significant “experiences” in their Christian faith. That’s why if a child has a significant experience with Harry Potter, but has never had a significant experience with Jesus, he is so easily enamored with the young warlock.

As I reflected on the Baal worship of the Old Testament I was starkly aware that it was alive and well in the earth today. We have child sacrifice (abortion), we definitely are a culture that worships sex, and never in my lifetime have we ever seen such interest and a flooding of the entertainment industry with magic and the supernatural. The New York Times recently reported twenty years ago when asked less than 12% of the population claimed ever having a paranormal experience. Today at least 65% of the population claim to have had at least one.

But that last part—the worship of the earth—was a new thought. And it is something that I even hesitate to bring up because it causes such division and strong opinions. Today we have the new “green movement.” The “radical environmentalists” who by definition have been called by some as the “new religious movement” view the destruction of things like the rain forest or trees as an attack on a SACRED, natural world. Slogans like “save the planet” or “save the rain forest” have become our children’s mantras. They are taught from kindergarten to “go green,” “save the baby whales,” or to “stop global warming.”

But radical environmentalism is all about “reconnecting with nature,” or making nature sacred again. It’s being politically active in defense of “mother earth.” Radical environmentalists include groups such as Earth Liberationists, Green anarchists, neo-pagans, and Wiccans. And of course don’t forget the animal rights activists who frequently put the welfare of animals over the importance of people.

There are some reports that claim that Wicca is the fastest growing religion of choice among our teenagers. I knew almost nothing about Wicca until recently. But get this—Wicca is all about the worship of the earth and nature! Listen to some of the statements from their leaders:

“If you take a copy of the Christian Bible and put it out in the wind and the rain, soon the paper on which the words are printed will disintegrate and the words will be gone. OUR BIBLE IS THE WIND AND THE RAIN.”

“When one defines oneself as pagan, it means he follows an earth or a nature religion and he sees the divine manifest in creation.” (That is not to be confused with looking at nature and seeing the beauty of God’s creation—they are saying creation IS God!)

“The cycles of nature are our holy days, the earth is our temple, and its plants and creatures are our partners and teachers.”

“We worship a god that is both male and female, a mother goddess (thus the “mother earth” connotation) and a father god who together created all that was or will be.” (I’ve always wondered where we got the term “Mother Nature!” It surely does not come from the Bible!)

And, oh, by the way, Wiccans called themselves witches and use magic in their religious practices, though they will be quick to tell you it’s not used to bring harm but only good to others.

Bottom line—Baal worship is alive and well in our cultures again today, and anyone who dares disagree with it is ridiculed and called names, and our kids are in the thick of it. Just know this if you are a born again Christian who claims the Word of God as your standard, there is nothing about you that is politically correct! Political correctness was designed to shut you up!

What does the Bible say about all of this? Do we even know? When Jesus went up on the mountains to be alone and pray, He was not going up there to “commune with nature!” There is such a fine line, and because this article is short, I am surely leaving something out that will draw the ire of some. But the tragedy is most of our children and teens have no clue how to filter what is being said and done in the world around them with what the Bible says. That is they do not, as many adults Christians do not, have a Biblical worldview.  Check this out:

While our kids and teens are spending much of their time trying to save the planet, God says, “Heaven and earth will pass away with a loud noise and the elements will be dissolved with fire, and the earth will be burned up.” (2 Peter 3:10)

He says, in 2 Peter 3:13 and Revelation 21:1 that He’s going to give us a new heaven and a new earth! So while people are running around trying to save the planet, God says “You’re wasting your time because it’s going to be destroyed!” Any effort to save the earth forever is opposite to God’s revealed plan!

Don’t get me wrong! I am not saying you shouldn’t recycle. I am not saying we should be wasteful, or that we shouldn’t be good stewards of our precious resources. But when we begin to put nature, the earth, and animal rights and needs above people and God’s plan, we have crossed a very fine line into Baal worship!

Jesus didn’t die for the planet and the animals. He wasn’t nailed to the cross for lions and tigers and bears. It bothers me to no end when I hear of eight and nine year old kids who have decided to be “vegans” because they feel sorry for the animals having to be killed. Sorry! But that’s a perverted mercy gift! When man begins to worship the creation more than the creator (and man was made in the image of that Creator!) then we’ve crossed a line. We can either let the world teach our kids to save baby whales, or we can teach them to save souls!

It was graphically brought home to me earlier this year when I went to see a movie with two of my children’s pastor friends. We had some time on our hands at the end of a weeklong conference, and decided to see a movie. We all agreed to see Avatar, not because we knew anything about it, but solely based on the fact that so many of the Christian parents in our churches were sending their kids to it. So we thought it must be pretty good.

It was all I could do to sit there and not walk out—but I decided I wanted to see it through to the end. From start to finish, front to back, I have never seen such a strong New Age message—right down to the worship of that grand old tree( which by the way is called ‘the tree of souls’)! Where is our discernment? How can we not see what is going on around us? Without a strong knowledge of God’s word neither we nor our children will be able to stand against the Baal worship of our day. Without realizing it we will set up Asherah poles next to the altar of God in our hearts until the prophet Elijah rises up once again to say, “How long will you falter between two opinions? He is a violent spirit and even required human sacrifice. Abortion is under Baal, as is the "cutting" of today's young generation (see 1 Kings 18:28), the vampire and goth movement, and the death culture in general that has so invaded America. Baal is leading the fight to avert the great awakening planned for the young generation of Americans today. Pray against and bind these efforts.

Is There Healing and Deliverance in Communion

Here is an interview with one woman who was plagued by mental illness or was it that she was not familiar with paranormal encounters? Can healing and deliverance come from what we call communion? When Jesus asked the disciples, "Who do you say I am?" Peter got the revelation. Are we missing the revelation behind communion?

Sid: Hello, Sid Roth here. Welcome to my world where it's naturally supernatural. My guest, Ana Mendez Ferrell, instantly was given a foreign language which she could not speak before. And she spoke it fluently and was a translator, but it happened as she walked up to translate, she instantly knew this language. She knew English,this has happened with German, with French, with Portuguese. I want to find out more about her, because I can tell you, I struggled in high school when I studied a foreign language. I knew a few words. I can speak a couple of words, that's all I can remember. But to be a translator, oy vey! Anna, I want to take you back. At age 18, you had an unexpected guest. What happened?

Ana: I was in my room when suddenly Yeshua, the Messiah, appeared before my eyes. And I saw His love and I was impacted with the goodness, the love, the glory of the Lord was all over my room. I fell on my face and was weeping and crying. And He said to me "You are going to be y servant, and you will know Me in due time." And then He disappeared.

Sid: So what did you do with this thing? Here you are in Mexico, I assume you're catholic. What'd you do? Ana: Instantly when you have seen the Lord, you fall in love with Him. And every person who has seen such a vision, you have to fall in love with Him. So I started to pursue and try to find this experience again, and I went to very different churches every single day, trying to find Yeshua again. And I couldn't find it inside of the catholic church, at least He was not there for me. So I started to seek in other places. I became a new age follower, I became a yogi, I was doing meditation, seeking a Christ...

Sid: You knew He was real, you knew of His love, and so you're passionate, but no one was showing you how.

Ana: I didn't know, I had never heard about a Christian church, no one had ever spoke to me about Jesus, except for what I heard in the catholic church when I was a kid. So I knew there was a reality, there was Jesus, Yeshua, which is a real name, who was real, who was there for me, and was not just a religion, there was a reality that I needed to pursue. So I was everywhere looking for this reality, in the Eastern religions with all the meditation, they all seek for this peace and these avatars.

Sid: But you knew better. You knew the real thing. So when you're looking at the counterfeit, you knew they were counterfeit.

Ana: Yeah, it was void, it was void. They had like tiny little pieces of the truth, but they don't have the whole truth, and that makes the whole difference, because Yeshua is the truth. The entire truth is not just a tiny piece here that does not satisfy the heart. So after two years being there, and I'm a person that goes deep. When I want to do something, a research or something, I go deep into things. I'm not a light person.

Sid: But you heard about a "holy" man, and you went to his home. Tell me about that.

Ana: Yeah, when I totally lost hope to find Him again, someone came to me and said you need an enlightened one. And I said where do I find an enlightened one? And this person said I happen to know one, and she took me to this man, which was a warlock. A major guy in the occult, very seductive in the way he talked. I mean he was very intellectual, he kind of knew the mysteries of the universe, so his conversation was very attractive.

So I felt it was the real thing, and he said to me in order to know Jesus, or to enter the kingdom of God, I needed to die in order to be born again. And I said what is that?

Sid: He actually used the term born again?

Ana: Absolutely, and he opened the Bible and read John 3,when the Messiah is talking to Nicodemus and He's speaking about that it's necessary to be born again in order to see and to enter into the kingdom of God. So when the Bible opened, inside of me I knew it was the truth. Even though I didn't know how to read it, I was never drawn to it, there's something about the Bible that tells you it's a sacred book. Something is real there even though you don't understand it. So I said yeah,I want to be born again, what do I need to do? And he said we need to give you into the hands of the spirit of death.

Sid: Spirit of death?

Ana: Spirit of death. And this is the tricky thing of the enemy, he will use part of the truth, and then he will twist that truth in order to hook your soul. This is why being in all these ways of the occult, divination, new age, it seems so attractive. It seems so seductive, because there's a wisdom that you and I don't have, but behind it there's a hook to grab your soul and take you to the pits of hell. Because entering those paths is not just curiosity.

Sid: So you invited a spirit of death inside of you, which resulted in you going into a mental institution.

Ana: Actually there was a whole ceremony for me to be born again and die to this world's system, and after that ceremony I was totally demon possessed. Because when you play with the occult, and when you play with these things, there are cultic forces that are after you.

Sid: Would you have stayed in that mental institution your whole life if something didn't happen to you?

Ana: Oh yes, because I had totally lost my mind. I could not talk one sentence properly. I would be talking to you, and suddenly my mind would slip up and I'd start seeing spiders and snakes and all kinds of things, and I would switch to another thing. You could not have a conversation with me.

Sid: You won't believe what happened in the mental institution, to her and

Sid: She actually thought she was going to find God. She goes to this man that is involved in witchcraft and new age,and he disguises himself as a holy man, and even reads from the Bible. And asked for the spirit of death to go inside of Ana, and she thinks she's going to find the Jesus that she had an encounter with when she was 18 years of age. Instead she lost her mind. She was institutionalized with no hope of release, no future, in a mental institution. And Ana, a man came to visit you. Tell me about that.

Ana: I was in this place of total hopelessness. I could not have a normal conversation. It was not like someone would come with a nice opinion or philosophy, he came with Jesus, he came with Yeshua, he came with the Messiah. And the Messiah is the light and the Messiah is the life. And that's the only way my mind was totally cleared to hear what he was saying. And hope just came to me. I said I want what you're saying. I've been wanting this for so much, for so long. Right now I'm in front of you and you're talking to me and there's no way I can come to the Messiah. And he said you're wrong.

The blood of Jesus breaks every yoke. The blood of Jesus breaks every covenant with the Devil. And when he said that, I said what do I need to come to the Messiah. He said only one word, he said repent. And this word repent created an earthquake in my life. It was like this was a real moment, this was not a philosophy, this was not someone teaching me an opinion he had. I was in front of something that was so powerful. And when I repented and I started to see my life and I started to see literally I saw the condition of my soul. I saw the filthiness of my soul. I saw the importance of sin. Because many times we think sin something we just do. No, sin brought Jesus to the cross. It brought our Messiah to the cross to die for us.

Sid: Now when you repented, what happened?

Ana: When I repented, I saw Jesus on the cross, and His eyes were almost closed so much, He was being beaten up and smitten and blood all over Him. He was looking at me with so much mercy, and I felt His love just penetrating my heart and forgiving me. And this scene has never left me. And when I said Lord please forgive me for my sins and please, if You have some mercy for me, come and save me. I felt His light and His glory touching my heart and I literally felt the reality of Yeshua entering my life, entering my spirit. Because this is the true gospel and this is what is so different from any other religion,is that Jesus literally comes and joins your spirit, and then you become truly a new person.

Sid: But what happened to your mind?

Ana: I was instantly healed.

Sid: Instantly?

Ana: Instantly healed from my mental condition, from my physical condition, because when you're in a mental condition like that, your body acts accordingly, so I had all kinds of illnesses.

Sid: But I understand that there was such a power that came on you, what happened to the other patients in the hospital?

Ana: There was so much power, it stayed for 12 hours, and that power hit the entire hospital, and in the next 15 days, the glory was coming out of my life, just hitting every single patient, and they were being healed and delivered. A person was in a wheelchair and just stood up. She'd had a stroke, she couldn't talk, she was in that wheelchair, and the power of the Lord just hit her. I was a believer for one day, and that miracle happened. Sometimes we think we need to go a Bible institute or get a lot of training, no, when the life of the Messiah enters your spirit, and it's a real seed of life, that life manifests through you and brings...

Sid: And guess what happens? After that life manifested through her, her sister hears from God, and an evangelist is coming into town by the name of Morris Cerullo, and her sister tells Ana that you're supposed to be a translator. One problem. You don't know English. So you walk up there to translate, you know you can't speak English fluently. What happens?

Ana: Well the truth is, this is not an imagination, when she spoke, I felt God was speaking to me, and I said Lord I bow to this. And I took the step to stand on that platform without knowing English. I mean I knew little words here and there like everyone, but I was unable to have a conversation at all. And when I stood on that platform, suddenly heaven opened up and it was downloading down into my spirit the English language, and ever since, I speak fluent English.

Sid: How many other languages did you get instantly?

Ana: This happened to me also in Switzerland and France.Swiss, and I supernaturally also received the French language. This happened to me I Brazil, I received the Portuguese language also on the platform. And last month I preached my first sermon in German.

Sid: Let me ask you something. We struggle to learn a language. Can others walk into that gift?

Ana: Oh absolutely, because we serve a God who speaks. God is not in a cloud, God is not a supernatural mind that nobody has access to Him. He is through the Messiah a God who speaks to us. And because He speaks, we can speak. And every language is spiritual, and you can receive it.

Sid: As exciting as that is, she's literally prayed for dead people that have come back to life. Don't go away, because there is going to be an explosion of miracles. Explosion. Be right back after this word.

Sid: Hello, Sid Roth here with Ana Mendez Ferrell. Ana, you know what I think is so fascinating is the head of psychiatry from Mexico, because of what he knew happened to you and the other people in the institution, what does he do when he has someone just before, perhaps he's going to perform a lobotomy...

Sid: Oh he used to call me and say can you do your prayer that you did to these patients, because I don't want to do this to them. And they got delivered and that was totally unnecessary to do.

Sid: But it's not just mental problems. Her own daughter sell, broke her neck, and died. Ana, what did you do?

Ana: I know Jesus the Messiah, Yeshua, is the resurrection. And I prayed and I believed Jesus is the resurrection, and the power of resurrection hit my daughter, and she came back to life.

Sid: But you know what else is interesting, Ana's grandfather is Jewish, and you went to Auschwitz, one of the worst of Hitler's concentration camps. Why did you go there?

Ana: Because it's a very important place, and the curse of having killed all the Jewish people that Hitler did was causing a tremendous blockage to bring the Messiah to Europe. So it was necessary to lift up that curse, and we went to pray and ask forgiveness. And after that we went to Jerusalem to ask forgiveness for all the Jewish people for what has happened; ask for forgiveness so we can bring the gospel of the Messiah to all Europe.

Sid: Well when that curse was broken, and the curse was because of Genesis 12:3, God says "I God will bless those who bless the Jewish people, and I God will curse those who curse them." So the curse was broken,what happened in Europe then?

Ana: Oh revivals have started everywhere, everywhere. But what happened, which is so interesting, and this is what I wanted to go into, is when I came back to Mexico, the Devil was so angry for what happened in Auschwitz that he literally appeared to me in my room to try to kill me. And there I had a very strong relationship with the sacrifice of Yeshua, and the relationship with the blood of Yeshua in my spirit. And when this happened, the Holy Spirit said to me just manifest the power of the blood. And I literally saw my body in the spirit, how light came out of the blood of Jesus that is inside of me and totally destroyed the power of darkness, the Devil that was in front of me.

Sid: You know, it was at the last Passover seder of Yeshua the Christians get communion from, and the Messiah said do this often. And Ana, you believe that when you do what the Messiah did at Passover often, it literally is progressive. And what you saw when the Devil came, when the Devil saw you almost being red from the blood, how did he react? How did the Devil react?

Ana: Oh he totally vanished, he disappeared right away.

Sid: He couldn't take the heat.

Ana: He couldn't take the power of the Messiah. He overcame all evil on the cross of Calvary.

Sid: So do you take Passover communion every day?

Ana: Every day. Actually when the disciples talked to Jesus, they said what do we need to do to do the works of God, and it's in that particular chapter that He started to explain the power of communion, and what happens, and how eternal life enters your life through drinking the symbol of His blood, which is the fruit of the vine, and the symbol of His flesh, which is the bread. And then the life in the spirit that is in the blood of Yeshua and the power of His strips comes and joins your spirit so we can live in total health.

Sid: You had a tumor in your uterus. What happened?

Ana: Yeah. I don't take one aspirin, because I believe the best medicine on earth was given on the cross of Calvary by Yeshua, so this is the best medicine. And I discovered this growth in my uterus, and I just took the power of communion, and I saw that growth totally dissolving inside of my body. Because here there's true power. Here this is the inheritance the Lord gave us. He said the same way I was sent by My Father, the same way that I live by My Father, you will live if you partake of My flesh, if you partake of My blood, spiritually, obviously.

Sid: You know, I've observed Passover my whole life, and this is the way Yeshua prayed over the matzo:

"Baruch atah Adonai elohaynu melach haolam

ha-motzi le-chem min ha-aretz" Amen.

Ana, would you pray over it?

Ana: And they broke the bread. The breaking of bread. You feel in your own spirit the breaking of Yeshua for our sins. And when you feel the breaking, you're compelled not to sin again, because this is so important. This becomes life inside of you, so let us partake of His flesh. Ana: And here is the victory over all our enemies, over all sickness, over all unforgiveness, over all oppression, over everything the Devil wants to do in our life. Here is the victory. To Yeshua.

Sid: I have found, just as Ana has found, by observing Passover communion every day, it's progressive. It's sort of like a doctor tells you... And by the way, I believe in medicine, I believe in vitamins, I believe in all of that. However, there's something higher, and that's what Ana's talking about. And progressively,what I find, just as someone might take medicine and they start getting better gradually, I find that I'm getting healthier and healthier as I take communion. And I'll never forget the experience you had. Remember where the Devil looked at her and she was all red from the blood of Yeshua? Most people that believe in God, believe in Jesus, have a little bit of fear of the Devil.

But what you've told me is the Devil is afraid of you.

Ana: The Devil is afraid of us, because when your spirit joins together with Yeshua, what the Devil sees is Yeshua. What any bacteria sees is the power of Yeshua. What every attack of the Devil sees in you is the power of Yeshua. And I have seen in my life, we just came back from Bolivia in a very infected area of yellow fever, and we refused to take the vaccination, because I have a vaccination worth much better. And I don't condemn any person that takes medicine...

Sid: Ana, pray right now, very quickly, for people with mental problems.

Ana: Father, in the name of Jesus, You have given me the authority to break the power of the enemy over people who are bound by the Devil, and I break that power in the name of Jesus, and I declare that thousands of people who have mental problems in this very hour are being set free by the power of Yeshua Hamashia! Sid: She actually thought she was going to find God. She

goes to this man that is involved in witchcraft and new age,

and he disguises himself as a holy man, and even reads

from the Bible. And asked for the spirit of death to go

inside of Ana, and she thinks she's going to find the

Jesus that she had an encounter with when she was 18

years of age. Instead she lost her mind. She was

institutionalized with no hope of release, no future,

in a mental institution. And Ana, a man came to visit you.

Tell me about that.

Ana: I was in this place of total hopelessness. I could not

have a normal conversation. It was not like someone

would come with a nice opinion or philosophy, he came

with Jesus, he came with Yeshua, he came with the

Messiah. And the Messiah is the light and the Messiah

is the life. And that's the only way my mind was totally

cleared to hear what he was saying. And hope just came

to me. I said I want what you're saying. I've been wanting

this for so much, for so long. Right now I'm in front of

you and you're talking to me and there's no way I can

come to the Messiah. And he said you're wrong. The

blood of Jesus breaks every yoke. The blood of Jesus

breaks every covenant with the Devil. And when he said

that, I said what do I need to come to the Messiah. He said

only one word, he said repent. And this word repent

created an earthquake in my life. It was like this was a

real moment, this was not a philosophy, this was not

someone teaching me an opinion he had. I was in front of

something that was so powerful. And when I repented

and I started to see my life and I started to see literally

I saw the condition of my soul. I saw the filthiness of my

soul. I saw the importance of sin. Because many times we

think sin something we just do. No, sin brought Jesus to

the cross. It brought our Messiah to the cross to die for us.

Sid: Now when you repented, what happened?

Ana: When I repented, I saw Jesus on the cross,

and His eyes were almost closed so much, He was being

beaten up and smitten and blood all over Him. He was

looking at me with so much mercy, and I felt His love

just penetrating my heart and forgiving me. And this scene

has never left me. And when I said Lord please forgive me

for my sins and please, if You have some mercy for me,

come and save me. I felt His light and His glory touching

my heart and I literally felt the reality of Yeshua entering

my life, entering my spirit. Because this is the true gospel

and this is what is so different from any other religion,

is that Jesus literally comes and joins your spirit, and then

you become truly a new person.

Sid: But what happened to your mind?

Ana: I was instantly healed.

Sid: Instantly?

Ana: Instantly healed from my mental condition, from

my physical condition, because when you're in a mental

condition like that, your body acts accordingly, so I had

all kinds of illnesses.

Sid: But I understand that there was such a power that

came on you, what happened to

the other patients in the hospital?

Ana: There was so much power, it stayed for 12 hours,

and that power hit the entire hospital, and in the next 15

days, the glory was coming out of my life, just hitting

every single patient, and they were being healed and

delivered. A person was in a wheelchair and just stood up.

She'd had a stroke, she couldn't talk, she was in that

wheelchair, and the power of the Lord just hit her.

I was a believer for one day, and that miracle happened.

Sometimes we think we need to go a Bible institute or

get a lot of training, no, when the life of the Messiah

enters your spirit, and it's a real seed of life, that life

manifests through you and brings...

Sid: And guess what happens? After that life manifested

through her, her sister hears from God, and an evangelist

is coming into town by the name of Morris Cerullo,

and her sister tells Ana that you're supposed to be a

translator. One problem. You don't know English. So you

walk up there to translate, you know you can't speak

English fluently. What happens?

Ana: Well the truth is, this is not an imagination, when

she spoke, I felt God was speaking to me, and I said Lord

I bow to this. And I took the step to stand on that platform

without knowing English. I mean I knew little words

here and there like everyone, but I was unable to have a

conversation at all. And when I stood on that platform,

suddenly heaven opened up and it was downloading

down into my spirit the English language, and ever since,

I speak fluent English.

Sid: How many other languages did you get instantly?

Ana: This happened to me also in Switzerland and France.

Swiss, and I supernaturally also received the French

language. This happened to me I Brazil, I received the

Portuguese language also on the platform. And last month

I preached my first sermon in German.

Sid: Let me ask you something. We struggle to learn a

language. Can others walk into that gift?

Ana: Oh absolutely, because we serve a God who speaks.

God is not in a cloud, God is not a supernatural mind

that nobody has access to Him. He is through the Messiah

a God who speaks to us. And because He speaks, we can

speak. And every language is spiritual,

and you can receive it.

Sid: Hello, Sid Roth here with Ana Mendez Ferrell.

Ana, you know what I think is so fascinating is the head

of psychiatry from Mexico, because of what he knew

happened to you and the other people in the institution,

what does he do when he has someone just before,

perhaps he's going to perform a lobotomy...

Sid: Oh he used to call me and say can you do your prayer

that you did to these patients, because I don't want to do

this to them. And they got delivered and that was

totally unnecessary to do.

Sid: But it's not just mental problems. Her own daughter

fell, broke her neck, and died. Ana, what did you do?

Ana: I know Jesus the Messiah, Yeshua, is the

resurrection. And I prayed and I believed Jesus is the

resurrection, and the power of resurrection hit my

daughter, and she came back to life.

Sid: But you know what else is interesting, Ana's

grandfather is Jewish, and you went to Auschwitz,

one of the worst of Hitler's concentration camps.

Why did you go there?

Ana: Because it's a very important place, and the curse

of having killed all the Jewish people that Hitler did

was causing a tremendous blockage to bring the Messiah

to Europe. So it was necessary to lift up that curse, and

we went to pray and ask forgiveness. And after that we

went to Jerusalem to ask forgiveness for all the Jewish

people for what has happened; ask for forgiveness so we

can bring the gospel of the Messiah to all Europe.

Sid: Well when that curse was broken, and the curse was

because of Genesis 12:3, God says "I God will bless those

who bless the Jewish people, and I God will curse those

who curse them." So the curse was broken,

what happened in Europe then?

Ana: Oh revivals have started everywhere, everywhere.

But what happened, which is so interesting, and this is

what I wanted to go into, is when I came back to Mexico,

the Devil was so angry for what happened in Auschwitz

that he literally appeared to me in my room to try

to kill me. And there I had a very strong relationship

with the sacrifice of Yeshua, and the relationship with

the blood of Yeshua in my spirit. And when this happened,

the Holy Spirit said to me just manifest the power of

the blood. And I literally saw my body in the spirit,

how light came out of the blood of Jesus that is inside

of me and totally destroyed the power of darkness,

the Devil that was in front of me.

Sid: You know, it was at the last Passover seder of

Yeshua the Christians get communion from, and the

Messiah said do this often. And Ana, you believe that

when you do what the Messiah did at Passover often,

it literally is progressive. And what you saw when the

Devil came, when the Devil saw you almost being red

from the blood, how did he react?

How did the Devil react?

Ana: Oh he totally vanished, he disappeared right away.

Sid: He couldn't take the heat.

Ana: He couldn't take the power of the Messiah.

He overcame all evil on the cross of Calvary.

Sid: So do you take Passover communion every day?

Ana: Every day. Actually when the disciples talked to

Jesus, they said what do we need to do to do the works

of God, and it's in that particular chapter that He started

to explain the power of communion, and what happens,

and how eternal life enters your life through drinking

the symbol of His blood, which is the fruit of the vine,

and the symbol of His flesh, which is the bread.

And then the life in the spirit that is in the blood of Yeshua

and the power of His strips comes and joins your spirit

so we can live in total health.

Sid: You had a tumor in your uterus. What happened?

Ana: Yeah. I don't take one aspirin, because I believe

the best medicine on earth was given on the cross of

Calvary by Yeshua, so this is the best medicine.

And I discovered this growth in my uterus, and I just

took the power of communion, and I saw that growth

totally dissolving inside of my body. Because here

there's true power. Here this is the inheritance the Lord

gave us. He said the same way I was sent by My Father,

the same way that I live by My Father, you will live

if you partake of My flesh, if you partake of My blood,

spiritually, obviously.

Sid: You know, I've observed Passover my whole life,

and this is the way Yeshua prayed over the matzo:

Dangerous Toys

What's all the rave on television and movie theaters regarding vampires, spirits from the dead, psychic encounters, and more?

I know, the hunger for supernatural. When I was in second grade my teacher who I loved dearly introduced me to the ouija board. It's a game after all there is no harm. So we dabbled a bit some friends and I and it seem to be doing something but we never got too far.

Years later some others and I were bored and decided "how about a ouija board?"and so we purchased one and decided to experiment. Well shortly after we realized we were not moving the gadget but it was starting to spell the word "kill" we all got scared and let go and didn't touch it again. However, a door was opened.

People tend to go for the darkside I believe because it gives them instant gratification. The enemy wants to make it look like he has more power that is why he makes alot of noise, that is why he is deceptive and makes it look like there is no harm. The bible says Satan can even come as though he is an angel of light. If he isn't from the darkside and what he was doing or offering wasn't dangerous than why hide yourself or give the illusion you are the greatest power there is?

It's amazing how, like myself at one time, so many even some believers allow an open door to the seductions of Satanic material. Is it that we have forgotten who God is? Some don't even believe in God? Satan has some convinced there is no hell? Some don't even care to go to heaven because they think it will be boring? Whatever the reason or excuse that has been justified in the human mind there is a real power God has to offer and it even causes demons to tremble.

Are people waiting for a wake up call from the church not by words but by demonstration of power? Acts 19:19 says

And many of those who practiced magic brought their books otgether and began burning them in the sight of everyone, and they counted up the price of them and found it fifty thousand pieces of silver.

Verse 20 Continues to say

so the word of the Lord was growing mightily and prevailing.

So many people are investing in the darkside. I'm not discouraged but I am grieved because they settled for a counterfeit but their is hope and if you are not sure where you stand with God and are into these dangerous toys and other magical items God is wanting you. You don't have to wait for someone to persuade you differently God can. For parents I implore you to consider what you allow your children to get involved in. After all it was my second grade teacher that introduced me to this particular so called toy. Find out what your children are getting involved in, the bible says train up your children on the way they should go. We are responsible and accountable for what we allow and we are called to pray for them just as well. Don't let the darkside win your loved one's soul if you need someone to battle with you pray that God will introduce you to a righteous person who can fight the good fight of faith with you and your loved one(s). If you decide to renounce these dark materials then be aware Satan doesn't give up that easily sometimes he comes back seeking to overpower you.

The bible most importantly, Jesus says

Now when the unclean spirit goes out of a man, it passes, through waterless places seeking rest, and does not find it. Then it says, "I will return to my house from which I came and when it comes it finds it unoccupied, swept, and put in order. Then it goes and takes along with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself and they go in and live there and the last state of that man becomes worse than the first. That is the way it will also be with this evil generation. Mattew 12:43-45

 People we are in a real battle with unseen forces. Be watchful, pray, and most importantly seek God He wants you to win not only the battle but the war. Peace to your soul.

Seeking God and Will He answer?

Have you ever wondered if God will speak to you? Have you ever wondered if He will show you things? Have you ever wondered if it was only for specially gifted people, or people that supposedly just operate in ministry? Maybe you even persuaded by psychics and other people who seem to have supernatural power so you seek them out.

God wants to talk to everyone that is why Jesus died but perhaps you never really understood if God is speaking to you? Well for starters He can speak to you in dreams and I'm not speaking of the interpretation of what therapist think is the meaning of dreams regarding subconscious etc I mean where He wants to share with you not only the condition of your would but things to come. He wants to show you about your personal and future life.

Then we have a matter of visions which I'm going to briefly cover and you can put to practice on your own. You can activate any gift that God has given you by faith but you can also pray for a certain gift. It may take a little while for you to receive it or to even be aware you have it but He is willing to give to those who ask from a pure heart.

God wants to talk to you and most people want to hear from Him for themselves. They just write off how God is speaking. So let's go on to visions of the Lord, Habbakuk cried out to God, he prayed to him concerning and issue that he and his people were facing. After he prayed he shares this:

I will stand on my guard post and station myself on the rampart; and I will keep watch to see what He will speak to me and how I may reply when I am reproved. Then the Lord answered me and said, "record the vision......" Hab 2:1-2

The key to receiving from the Lord an answer is postion yourself to receive. Go to a place where you can just wait on God (I will stand on my guard post) 2. Expect God to answer(I will watch to see..) 3. Be willing and open for whatever He may say as it may not always be what you want to hear but be prepared to respond (and how I may reply ....)

The response part can be a "yes Lord", "what do you mean Lord", etc..... but just be prepared to respond whatever God shows you.

A vision can be a mental picture (one you see in your mind) and it can also be an open vision where you see with your eyes opened.

Pray and ask God your question, seek to know the truth with a hungry heart, and be patient. God is not interested in your time He is interested in your heart. He already knows the time.

Acts 10 shared more about the kind of heart God is looking for and seeking Him and how God is willing and wanting to us heavenly encounters. The scripture is too long to share but that can be your assignment.

God is planning to do more of these things why not dive in and try to activate it for yourself.

Nightmare or Paranormal?

Not many people know how I came to Jesus. It started really when I was a little girl but I didn't understand the whole salvation process. It was a long process. It took God several years before He can finally get me to the point that He and His Word are one and that it was only through Jesus.

In the bible, before I even read it, was that God was going to pour out His Holy Spirit upon people and there would be an increase of prophetic ability as well as dreams.  Dreams are one of God's ways of communicating. The sleep state can be used by God or by the demonic realm. How did I come to know this without reading the bible? Because I encountered it.

I was in bed, I believed in the Our Father prayer for some reason but never really understood it's meaning.That's what faith sometimes does, it moves to your spirit and bypasses your natural mind.  Well during a moment of deep despair and hopelessness I decided I was too tired to pray. I never felt condemned if I didn't but prayer (regardless of my belief) always seem to be a part of me I understand now why.

That night I went to sleep and I saw this strange, dead looking ghost like creature come at me. It was in mid air and it was about 2 1/2 feet tall. It seem so powerful and so bizarre and in this dimension (what I call it) I was lifted off my bed. My husband, who was not my husband at the time, was sleeping and there was no movement from him. I tried reaching out to him but he did not take notice. I felt myself lifted up and even almost like I was feeling spun. I was being choked and it took all I could say to cry out Our Father.

It stopped, shortly after that I found myself asleep and I had the most beautiful dream. I was an overseer of those who were searching for buried treasures. The people who were helping me were digging and as I was getting ready to walk away they called me back and said "we want to show you something".  I looked at all these beautiful rubies and jewels on the ground in this desert type place and they said, "that's not what we want to show you". They pointed and directed me to what they wanted me to see. I then see "Jesus in this wood box standing up weak and feeble. My heart felt compassion for Him and saw His suffering. I then took him and let Him lean on me and I walked Him over and helped him sit in front of this huge wooden door.  He then showed me His blood stained hands and I grabbed them.

The next morning I awoke with excitement and anticipation and told my fiance, "God is calling me, I don't know why, but He is calling me".  From there I embarked on a journey of seeking God. It took a while as I didn't know who I can trust, who was right, and so forth but even then He kept faithfully and patiently awaiting for me to find Him. When I did I realized that Jesus is who the Bible says He is. 

So no person persuaded me. I was too proud and stubborn for that as much as I wanted to know the truth I didn't want to be deceived. God literally extended His arm in Mercy and through prayers of others I am sure, but regardless God is alive and well and He wants You to receive Him to yourself.

I've encountered other paranormal experiences and some may write this off as just a dream or just a guilty conscience but I know better. I've experimented with other religions and if it was not a relationship with Christ I would have probably turned completely away from Christianity as well.

So don't totally discount your experience. You may not understand it immediately, you may not even understand why God may allow you to experience something but He is faithful to bring us back to Himself when we hunger and thirst for truth.

I hope you are encouraged. Yes I had a dream but I also had an example ofa paranormal experience and the evil unseen forces don't want you to know the truth especially when God is trying to reach out to you. There is a battle between darkness and light and I didn't fully understand it at that moment but I did understand one thing God wanted me and He wants you too.
